HQ ACC AMIC/JWAC is interested in procuring brand name Spectra Logic's next business day on-site maintenance support, know as SpectraGuard and telephone support for each of its four tape backup libraries. JWAC currently employs Spectra Logic Corporation tape libraries to maintain backups and implement time sensitive data restoration for up to one year on each of JWAC's four information technology (IT) networks.  The current SpectraGuard Next Business Day on-site maintenance support contract is scheduled to expire on 14 August 2018. Therefore, JWAC has a requirement to purchase one year of maintenance support and telephone support for each Spectra Logic tape library. All quotes must provide service in accordance with the Technical Requirment document included in this posting.
