This is not a request for Quote. This is a Notice of the Government's Intent to Issue a Sole Source Award Contract to Spectra Logic Corporation T200 tape library performs BCP LSS data backup. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting soliciting from a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106.1(b) on the basis that the Federal Trade Commission know of no other entity that can provide the required data sets. The FTC intends to issue a contract to Spectra Logic services at 6285 Lookout Road, Boulder, CO 80301 in an effort entitled Spectra Logic services.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement via e-mail in Microsoft Word format with a file size less than 5MB to Jane Griffin via e-mail: [email protected], Subject Line: Spectra Logic services no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, April 28, 2015.

All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Reponses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide those services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award.
