The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to issue, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, an Indefinited Delivery/Indefinite Quantity firm-fixed price contract with Athena Diagnostics who currently supplies the Naval Medical Center San Diego with specialized blood testing for neurological, endocrine and nephrology disorders under contract N00259-05-A-1005. The proposed contract will have a Period of Performance of 01 January 2009 to 30 December 2013. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties are encourage to submit a capability statedment. Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirements.
