The PCTV chambers systems are customized to PCTV existing gear and software. Faith has been a contractor with PCTV for more than five years and is fully trained on all of our systems and software. Hiring people to work in the Council chambers booth at multiple cities is difficult and requires months of new training. We want to keep this punctual and reliable employee on staff.
