The requirement is for PARTS KIT, HEADSET.  The NSN is 5965-01-416-9564.  The NSN has an estimated annual demand of 2,487 each unit of issue. 

This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with an Annual Percentage Price Rate Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).  Based on market survey this NSN is commercial items.  The proposed procurement contains a 3-year base periods and two option years.  The total contract period shall not exceed 5 years.  Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for items supplied covered under this contract.
