 This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with an Annual Percentage Price Rate Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).  Based on market survey this NSN is not a commercial item.  The proposed procurement contains a 5-year base period.  The total contract period shall not exceed 5 years.  Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS for this NSN an item supplied covered under this contract.

This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED.  All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. 

The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. 

The solicitation shall be available in www.Beta.SAM.gov on or about 12/21/2020.

  All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
