This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with an Annual Percentage Price Rate Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Based on market survey this NSN is not a commercial item. The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation.
