The requirement is for Cover, Exhaust Manif.  The NSN is 2990-01-291-1276.  The NSN has an estimated annual demand of 2,461 each unit of issue. 

This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with an Annual Percentage Price Rate Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).  Based on market survey these NSNs are commercial items.  The proposed procurement contains a 5-year base period.  The total contract period shall not exceed 5 years.  Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for items supplied covered under this contract.

This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED.  All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. 

The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. 

 The solicitation shall be available in FEDBizOpps on or about May 18, 2018. 

 All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.

 Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
