The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses that are interested and capable of providing for the direct delivery of fuel  to various locations in the United Kingdom This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an obligation by the Government to acquire any products or services. Requests for solicitation will not be responded to and no contracts shall be awarded based on the responses received. This acquisition  set-aside for small businesses and will be issued under Full and Open Competition.

Description:

In accordance with FAR Part 10, the Defense Logistics Agency-DLA Energy is conducting market research to identify interested vendors capable of providing  fuel products to DLA Energy's customers located in the United Kingdom.  The period of performance will be July 1 2021 through June 30, 2026. The  resultant contract type will be a Fixed -Price with Economic Price Adjustment contract

Scope and Timeframe:

Products to be solicited   may include:

1. Premium Unleaded Gasoline,  (ULG) 9130-01-527-5763, EST 938,000 USG

2. Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel,  (SFD) 9140-01-556-9156, EST 9,087,000 USG

3. Kerosene Class, (KS1) 9140-01-292-4460, EST 102,000 USG

Delivery Modes may be by via Tanker Truck, Tank Wagon and Tank Wagon W/Pump at the various locations.

Period of Performance: 

The Period of Performance: July 1, 2021- June 30, 2026

All documentation and statements received in response to this sources sought shall become the property of the U.S. Government.
