This synopsis is for a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The IQC will include one base period and four one-year option periods. The solicitation will be a partial set aside; 50% Small Business and 50% Unrestricted.

The Estimated Annual Demand is 696 EA. The RFP will request pricing for the unrestricted portion only, or 348 EA.

The solicitation will be available on or around February 23, 2014 to March 25, 2014. Electronic DIBBS offers will not be accepted.
