The Government is hereby issuing an amendment to solicitation FA8621-13-R-6312. The purpose of this amendment is to make administrative changes to Attachment 2 - SD Production SOW and Attachment 4 - SD Section L Instructions to Offerors. These include:

1. Remove the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) requirement in Attachment 2, page 6, paragraph 3.1.4.
2. Replace the word "unique" with "special" in Attachment 2, page 9, paragraph 3.10.
3. Remove the word "unserviceable" in Attachment 2, page 11, paragraph 3.11.1.7.
4. Remove the reference to paragraph 2.d in Attachment 4, page 9, paragraph 3.1.4.1.
5. Replace "3.a.4.c" with "3.1.4.3" in Attachment 4, page 9, paragraph 3.1.4.2.

The updated attachments include red change bars where the edits have taken place.

In addition to the preceding administrative changes, CLIN 7000 Data Requirements has been added to Section B of the Model Contract.

The only documentation affected by this amendment are the Model Contract, Attachment 2 - SD Production SOW and Attachment 4 - SD Section L Instructions to Offerors. Amendment 0001 of the Model Contract and revised attachments are now posted to FBO.
