The purpose of this posting is to modify the existing synopsis to account for a change in min/max included under the ordering periods that was dictated by the USAF on 05 Sep 14.  Min/Max included under the acquisition shall be revised as described below:

Ordering Period 1:
Maximum increased by 25 EA; changing from 10 EA to 35 EA.  Minimum shall be stated as 5 EA.   

Ordering Period 2:
Maximum decreased by 10 EA; changing from 25 EA to 15 EA.  Minimum remains unchaged as 5 EA.

Ordering Period 3:
No change; range remains 5 EA - 15 EA

Ordering Period 4:
Maximum decreased by 5 EA; changing from 15 EA to 10 EA.  Minimum remains 5 EA.    

Ordering Period 5:
Maximum decreased by 5 EA; changing from 15 EA to 10 EA.   Minimum remains 5 EA.  

The proposed contract action is for spares for which the government intends to solicit sole source to Teledyne Wireless, LLC, 1274 Terra Bella Ave,  Mountain View, CA, 94043-1820 (Cage Code 24022) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 because the Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to procure this part from additional sources.  It would be uneconomical for the Government to purchase the data due to the redesign.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.  Capability statement must be received no later than 16:00 (4:00 PM) Eastern on Tuesday, 23 Sep 14 in order to be considered by the agency.
