This is a solicitation for 922 NSNs. The Federal Stock Classes of the NSNs are listed below. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The items being solicited are procured in accordance with approved CAGE codes and part numbers and support the Small Emplacement Excavator (SEE). The solicitation is for a Commercial Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) and the FOB point is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various CONUS and OCONUS locations. This requirement is Unrestricted.
