Scope of Work:
This project includes but is not limited to, systematically hanging a swing stage and/or erecting scaffolding as required to repair spalled and deteriorated concrete and masonry on the facade of the PJKK Federal Building and U.S. courthouse. The Contractor shall systematically locate the affected areas identified on the plans to confirm and repair the deterioration as prescribed in the project specifications. The Contractor shall develop a mix of replacement concrete with exposed aggregate finish to match the adjoining conditions. All work as per the plans and specifications. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision in accordance to the scope of work.
