Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed priced award under solicitation W81K02-18-T-0133 to Augmenix Inc. in the amount of $71,250.00 for Space OAR Hydrogel® 10ml injectable implant Solution; which will be for use in the treatment of prostate and rectal cancers, as pain relieve during radiation therapy;  proprietary to Augmenix Inc., this product will be used by the Department of Radiation Oncology, Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. The patient's Surgeon & the Chief Radiation Therapist have made the determination that this product will best meet the patient's needs during radiation therapy and be FDA Approved.

     This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
