This requirement is to procure 50 licenses for a virtual “whiteboard"/collaboration tool for DLA J68, Research and Development. The tool will allow personnel across DLA and outside of the government to design prototypes. DLA requires that the solution is offered through a Software as a Service model. Minimum requirements include: soliciting input individually and as a group in real time and in pre-determined timeframes, creating/iterating on user storyboards, drawing capability that allows output to be shared in real time or at a specific time, real time voting by virtual participants on user provided input, data retention and history of workshop for review afterwards, granular user permissions that allow the Tech Accelerator team to view all whiteboards and/or restrict access by user/whiteboard.
