2. Aviation Turbine Fuel (JP8) - NSN 9130-01-031-5816 for delivery to Azraq Air Base, Jordan. The estimated quantity is 1,984,000 USG.
The performance period for this requirement is from 1 April through 9 June 2014. Delivery is FOB Destination. Offerors are advised that the Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts under this solicitation.
Offerors shall furnish copies of supplier and transportation commitments/agreements with their offer or be prepared to provide within five working days when requested. Refer to Attachment 2 to the solicitation for commitment letter instructions. DLA Energy may conduct pre-award surveys to determine responsibility regarding the offeror's transportation, technical, production, financial and quality assurance capabilities.
Offerors shall complete and submit Attachment 1 Fuel Source Data Sheet.
Additional requirements may be added by future amendments to this solicitation.
The Government contemplates award(s) of a Requirements Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment resulting from this solicitation. After award, the contract price for all CLINs will escalate/de-escalate monthly in accordance with solicitation provision B-0002- B19.02 ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT (OVERSEAS) (DLA ENERGY JAN 2012).
