NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids/proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3rd, 2024 at the Lyon County Government Center, 607 West Main Street in Marshall, MN by Aurora Heard, Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer on behalf of the Board of Commissioners for the project listed below. Make checks payable to Lyon County Highway Department and send payment to Lyon County Highway Department, Attention: Plan Request, 504 Fairgrounds Road, Marshall, MN 56258.***. ***ONLY REGISTERED PLAN HOLDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BID ON PROJECTS (1) (1) In order to be a registered plan holder you must purchase a paper plan/proposal set OR sign in to the Lyon County public dashboard site and download the appropriate bid documents. All Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Lyon County Engineer. Sealed Bids should be mailed to Aurora Heard, Lyon County Auditor/Treasurer, 607 West Main Street, Marshall, MN, 56258 and should be clearly marked as a sealed bid for S.P. 042-622-009. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or bidder’s bond, payable to the Lyon County Treasurer, for at least 5% of the amount bid. The Lyon County Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
