PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF WEST DES MOINES PARK & RECREATION DEPARTMENT REQUEST FOR BID Sealed bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines, Iowa, on or before 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 for the following: SOUTHWOODS PARK SINGLETRACK TRAIL CONSTRUCTION PHASE 1 Generally described as follows: Construction of up to approximately 1.6 miles of new, natural surface singletrack trails at Southwoods Park (350 S. 35th St).
