This addendum modifies the drawings and project manual, dated September 6, 2022, as noted within and shall become part of the Contract Documents. B. Each holder of proposal documents registered with the Architect will receive a copy of the addendum. Each prime proposer is responsible for distribution of information conveyed by this addendum to its sub-proposers and suppliers. C. Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum in the space provided on the proposal form. Failure to do so may subject proposer to disqualification. D. A pre-proposal conference was held at 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, September 15, 2022, at the at CSISD Transportation Center, 9304 Rock Prairie Road, College Station, TX 77845. Attached to this addendum is an Attendance Register from that conference. 1.2 DOCUMENT 00 21 16 - INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS A. Page 00 21 16 - 2, Paragraph 1.8, D: Delete the first Sentence and insert the following: “Each proposer shall submit (1) original marked “ORIGINAL”, (2) copies marked “COPY”, and (2) flash drives with electronic copy.” 1.3 SECTION 01 11 00 - SUMMARY OF WORK A. Page 01 11 00 - 1, Article 1.2 (DESCRIPTION): Add the following Paragraph: “C. Testing and Balancing services are provided by Owner.” B. Page 01 11 00 - 3, Delete Paragraph 1.7, G and insert the following: “G. Worker Identity Badging Requirements: During construction on an occupied campus during the school year, construction personnel must obtain visitor sticker through College Station ISD’s “Hall Pass” system at commencement of construction and maintain sticker on hard hat throughout the course of work. No badging or check-in is required during the summer break.” C. Page 01 11 00 - 3, Article 1.8 (WORK RESTRICTIONS): 1. Delete Paragraph A and insert the following: “A. On-Site Work Hours: Work shall be performed on the project site as needed to complete the work. Comply with City noise ordinances. 2. Paragraph C: Delete the first Sentence and insert the following: “Work Restrictions within Existing Building(s): Work shall generally be performed inside the existing building during the summer break and in approved locations during the school year.” 1.4 SECTION 08 71 00 - DOOR HARDWARE A. Delete this Section in its entirety and insert attached revised Section. 1.5 SECTION 09 65 00 - RESILIENT FLOORING A. Page 09 65 00 - 3, Article 2.1 (MATERIALS): Add the following Paragraph: “I. Primer: Provide Ardex P 82 Ultra Prime, two-component, solvent-free, primer at areas where coved block is being demolished.” B. Page 09 65 00 - 4, Article 3.3 (INSTALLATION): Add the following Paragraph: “C. Primer at Applied Base: Primer used at areas where coved block is demolished in preparation for applied base material. 1. Preparation: All substrates shall be structurally sound, solid, thoroughly clean and free of dust, dirt, oil, wax, grease, asphalt and any other contaminant that might act as a bond breaker. Use product such as Ardex MRF for patch and repair required prior to application of primer 2. Mixing: Mix Part A and Part B. 3. Application: Apply to substrate with a foam squeegee, or a short-nap or sponge paint roller. Do not leave any bare spots. Back roll with a dry roller to remove excess primer.” 1.6 SECTION 12 32 16 - MANUFACTURED PLASTIC-LAMINATE-CLAD CASEWORK A. Page 12 32 16 - 2, Paragraph 2.1, A: Add the following acceptable Manufacturer: Stevens Industries, Inc. 1.7 STRUCTURAL ADDENDUM ITEMS A. Attached document by Henderson Rogers Structural Engineers, LLC shall hereby become a part of this addendum. 1.8 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING ADDENDUM ITEMS A. Attached document by Salas O’Brien shall hereby become a part of this addendum. 1.9 REVISED DRAWINGS A. Sheet Nos. A2.01B.
