1. PURPOSE.  Advertising Space (billboard)

2. SCOPE OF WORK.  The contractor shall provide sign advertising space, maintenance and installation of a National Guard recruiting advertisement. Additionally, Contractor will provide signage materials, to include any graphics rendering, fabrication, and labor necessary to print and install and maintain signage for an agreed upon amount of time. The Govt. shall provide display graphics artwork.

3. DELIVERY LOCATION AND DELIVERY DATE.  The sign shall posted in the New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Lafayette, LA metro areas, during the late summer and early fall months,

4. QUANTITY REQUIRED:  minimum of 1 or maximum of 2 each billboards per location, for approximately 8 week – 16 weeks

5. SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED.

All advertising locations will be positioned targeting the young adults demographic (17 – 30). Billboards shall be visible, in the immediate vicinity of roadways en route to high schools and colleges; the target audience includes mixed income students or graduates, who are eligible for military service.

Line Item 01: 1 or 2 each billboards in Baton Rouge near or en route to Louisiana State University, in high traffic areas with high numbers of the target demographic; specifically high traffic commercial or mixed residential areas, frequented or inhabited by the target demographic.  The billboards should be estimated to receive 75,000 or more views per week, and be visible from the roadway, within 10 miles of colleges or high schools.

Line Item 02: 1 or 2 each billboards in Lafayette near or en route to the University of Louisiana Lafayette, in high traffic areas with high numbers of the target demographic; specifically high traffic commercial or mixed residential areas, frequented or inhabited by the target demographic. The billboards should be estimated to receive 75,000 or more views per week, and be visible from the roadway, within 10 miles of colleges or high schools.

Line Item 03: 1 or 2 each billboards in New Orleans near or en route to the local Colleges and Universities, in high traffic areas with high numbers of the target demographic; specifically high traffic commercial or mixed residential areas, frequented or inhabited by the target demographic. The billboards should be estimated to receive 75,000 or more views per week, and be visible from the roadway, within 10 miles of colleges or high schools.

5.1 PERFORMANCE.  The length of time is 8-16 weeks depending on location and number of billboards. Based on analytics the target audience focuses our local advertising in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans. The analytics data, for N.O. Metro area, shows there are 112,000 youths in the New Orleans area with 26% qualified. Projected leads goal for N.O. is 20,000.
