In accordance with Mississippi Code 21-17-1(2)(a), the City of Southaven is seeking bids from volleyball entities for the rental of the City of Southaven Arena, located at 7360 Highway 51 North, Southaven, Mississippi, for the purposes of booking, promoting, and coordinating various volleyball tournaments, practices, and events. Bids shall be due to the City of Southaven Clerk’s Office, located on the first floor of City Hall at 8710 Northwest Drive, Southaven, Mississippi by 10:00 a.m. on May 7, 2021. The selected entity shall coordinate a summer recreational league at the Southaven Arena as more fully set forth in the lease. The form lease that shall be agreed to is posted is available on the City of Southaven’s website or in the City of Southaven Clerk’s Office.
