The project includes the following work: The Project consists of constructing an off-street permeable paver parking lot, on-street permeable paver parking lot, storm sewer infrastructure, a brick seat wall, site lighting, and pedestrian improvements. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
