The City is seeking consultant services to finalize the preferred concept plan, develop preliminary plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) (35% - 100% design), and conduct various stages of community engagement for the South Palo Alto Bikeways project for any or all of the pathways identified in the scope. The Consultant is expected to coordinate with City of Palo Alto staff, as well as other involved agencies, including the Palo Alto Unified School District (PAUSD), Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), Caltrans, and the selected environmental consultant. The work furnished by the Consultant shall be prepared in accordance with current City and Caltrans procedures, standards, policies, and regulations, including any necessary compliance with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements.
