The City of Cleveland is soliciting proposals from ODOT prequalified Consultants to provide professional design services necessary to prepare plans, specifications and estimate to rehabilitate South Moreland, Shaker Square and North Moreland from Griffing to Larchmere. The basic work will consist of asphalt resurfacing, base removal and replacement, new sidewalks, curbs, driveways if necessary, ADA compliant curb ramps and landings, roadway drainage, water work, and traffic signals.
