The general items of work to be done consist of the construction of an approximately 18-acre public park with four (4) artificial turf sports fields, playground/tot lot, exercise equipment, pre-engineered restroom/concession building, pre-engineered storage buildings, sports lighting, landscape within the park and landscape median at the frontage of the park, and all other incidental and appurtenant work.
