The City of Colton (City) is seeking consultant assistance to develop the South Colton Livable Corridor Plan (Plan). The Plan will assist in revitalization of an older, economically distressed neighborhood in the City by: • Identifying and rezoning vacant and underutilized parcels to productive, neighorhood-serving uses; • Developing zoning standards and urban design/complete streets solutions (policy manual) to address compatibility issues between industrial and residential uses; • Completing a market study to determine the development/commercial potential; and completing vision plan to provide examples of mixed-use prototypes.
