The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking a qualified contractor to implement a Sourcing and Contract Management ("CMS") System to accomplish the Authority's strategic objective of establishing a single, enterprise-wide system for managing the Authority's Sourcing and Contract Management activities from procurement planning to contract close-out.

Your proposal must be received with all required submittals as stated in the RFP, no later than 2:00 PM, April 5, 2012 at WMATA, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 3C-02, Washington, DC 20001-2651. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE

A pre-proposal conference will be held from 10:00 am through 12:00 pm on Monday, March 19, 2012, in the WMATA Jackson Graham Building, 600 5th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001.

The purpose of this conference is to provide offerors the opportunity to ask and receive answers to questions regarding, or requests for clarifications of, the solicitation terms and conditions, to indentify the submittal requirements, and to provide clarification of the requirements of this Request for Proposal.

The agenda for the conference will be:

1.Introductions 2.Purpose of the Conference 3.Overview of the Solicitation terms and conditions 4.Program overview of the Statement of Work 5.Questions and Answers
