This notice is a market research tool used to obtain information only and to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide services as specified below. The MO Army National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Office is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach.
What is requested: Self-Paced online training in support of the Army Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) program. The primary purpose will be to better educate individuals of warning signs of suicide and to help with the following:
• Become more comfortable talking about suicide
• Keep a loved one safe in times of distress
• Support friends and co-workers
• Build professional skills
The proposed program should have online access with administrative tracking for training completion while providing user level anonymity.
The Living Works START program is an example.
The scope of this requirement is to educate about 3,000 Soldiers and DA Civilians on a rotational basis.
