The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Office of Acquisition Management contemplates procurement awards in support of the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Joint Program Office (JPO). The purpose for this Sources Sought announcement is to conduct market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement.
The attached document contains a list of specific technical requirements necessary for successful performance of the program. Interested parties' responses regarding this requirement addressing their experience and capabilities will be used to determine the availability of potential businesses both large and small and their current capabilities. Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this requirement.
FHWA anticipates responses from interested parties with demonstrated understanding of each task area and an ability to provide all functional capabilities for each technical area.
Note: The subject work is not currently being performed under an existing contract.
Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the attached services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 5 p.m. EDT on May 28, 2010 in accordance with the instructions provided in Section 5 of the attached document.
