Description
The 50th Contracting Squadron at Schriever AFB has a requirement to repair by replace four boilers at building 210 on Schriever AFB, CO.
See Attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) dated 8 November 2017.

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified small business sources. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a magnitude between $250,000 and $500,000. Work to be performed under the contract will be within the North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 - Boiler, Heating, Installation.

If you have the capability and are interested in this acquisition, submit a detailed capability statement which, at a minimum, identifies:
1. Relevant past performance with evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value.
