This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking responses in order to determine availability of sources for the maintenance of Fujitsu 9600 PBX and AVT Voicemail Systems. List of equipment breakout and services can be found in attachment "equipment list". This does not constitute a notification for a specific requirement and is for informational purposes only to determine sources and the ability to set-aside any future requirements by the Small Business Administration.

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.

THIS NOTICE IS APPLICABLE TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS ONLY. HOWEVER, THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONSIDER ALL RESPONSES SUBMITTED.

The designated NAICS Code is 334210 with a size standard of 1,000.

The services being sought are located at the SBA's Office of Disaster Assistance, FOC-West, 6501 Sylvan Road, Citrus Heights, CA 95610. The SBA is considering a firm-fixed price contract and is requesting estimates for annual service to be submitted for market research purposes.

Period of performance will be 12 months.

Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine whether your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for any future acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to the sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
Your response shall include the following information:

1. SBA Small Business category/preference (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.),
2. DUNS number
3. Point of Contact for your firm
4. Please identify if your company offers this requirement through the General Services Administration (GSA Advantage) and the GSA Schedule number.
5. Firm-fixed price estimate for annual maintenance service
6. Estimated rate for labor hour and applicable printer maintenance kits
