US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) is seeking sources able to provide quantity four (4) loud speakers (Ultralife MRC-67A, NSN 5965-01-511-3633, or equivalent), quantity 30 Ultralife 24V cables UBI-2590 p/n CA6006 or equivalent, quantity 30 Ultralife 12V cables UBI-2590 p/n CA6007 or equivalent, and quantity 30 Ultralife 12/24V cables UBI-2590 p/n CA6008 or equivalent.
MRC-67 series amplified speakers are rugged, waterproof audio speaker systems made to withstand tactical environments. The MRC- 67 series will monitor a single transceiver and/or encryption unit. They are compatible with virtually any communication systems using the standard transceiver interface audio connections. A variety of power input configurations and colors are available. The MRC-67 series is designed for tactical operations centers, SOTM systems, and vehicle use. The MRC-67 series' rugged construction provides audio monitoring in demanding tactical environments. Size 4.75x4.75x3.57 inches, weight 3.6 lbs, DC input 10-36VDC, audio input 1.6 V RMS, audio output 5 watts max, audio band pass 300 Hz to 3000 Hz, operating temperature -50 deg to +70 deg C.
The CA0006 cable is a 2-ft 24 V cable for UBI-2590 (UBBL02), BA-5390 and UBBL09 batteries.
The CA0007 cable is a 2-ft 12 V cable for UBI-2590 (UBBL02), BA-5390 and UBBL09 batteries.
The CA0008 cable is a 2-ft 12/24 V cable for UBI-2590 (UBBL02), BA-5390 and UBBL09 batteries.
Sources need not be Ultralife. CECOM is open to these Ultralife items or their functional equivalents from any vendor or manufacturer.

All that is required is identification of the respondent, an identification of the available items, and for equivalents to Ultralife items -- a description of the capabilities of the proposed items, and if possible an approximate price range for the items.
