This is a sources sought. This announcement is in support of market
research to determine the feasibility of a full and open acquisition and to identify
potential sources that can provide the Maintenance and Overhaul of the following item:

The proposed contractual action is a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)
Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract.
The Search Light is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Depot Maintenance
Requirement (DMWR) has been identified for this requirement, DMWR-55-6220-
211, Revision Date: 09/15/2009, No Change number. The overhaul shall be
accomplished in accordance with Government specifications.
