DLA Troop Support , an activity of the Devense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking sources for a domestically produced (Buy American Compliant)  blousing strap.  

Buy American act - the cost of the domestic components in a manufactured end product delivered in 2023 must exceed 60% of the cost total component cost. Qualifying countries the following are qualifying countries:  Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

DLA Troop Support will also entertain domestically produced substitutes in lieu of ththe blousing strap made in accordance with the provided specification and technical data.
