Notice of Web Publishing of Sources Sought Notice SPE608-23-I-0200 under DLA Energy Purchase Program 1.3A (Ships Bunker Fuel, EUCOM).

This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA-Energy).

DLA Energy is seeking to identify businesses that are interested and capable of supplying ships bunker fuels requirements for Defense Logistics Agency Energy. This notice covers the ships bunker fuels requirements for DLA Energy customers located in the Countries of Spain, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Georgia, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Romania, Portugal, Poland, Norway, Israel, Finland, Lithuania, Cyprus, France, Ukraine, Norway, Iceland, Latvia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, and Estonia. The total estimated quantity requested is in excess of 225,932 Metric Tons distributed over 42 line items at various commercial and military ports.  The Ordering Period will be OCT 1 2023 through SEP 30 2028.  The Delivery Period will be OCT 1 2023 through OCT 31 2028.  The products procured consist of:

• Marine Gas Oil (MGO) (Distillate Fuel)

The deadline for responding to this Source of Sought Notice is March 15, 2023.
