Sources Sought Posting – W912NS21Q8017 - Ceremonial Bugle and Inserts Funeral Honors

This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The Missouri National Guard requires a Ceremonial Bugle and is seeking to identify companies that possess the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for this requirement. The Contracting Office for the United States Property & Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Missouri is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial small business sources to provide a Ceremonial Bugle with salient characteristics/specifications similar to the capabilities in the attached B8 - Draft Purchase Description. Based on responses from industry, the required specifications may be adjusted to meet agency needs.

The anticipated North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339992 -- Musical Instrument Manufacturing, Product Service Code (PSC) 7710 - MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this sources sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to supply the product listed in the draft purchase description. The due date/time for responses to this sources sought notice is no later than 15 September 2021 at 11:00 am Central Time to the Contract Specialist, Arthur Proctor, via email at [email protected] and Craig Lueckenotto at [email protected].

Include estimated delivery lead time and confirmation that the recommended product is a commercial item (sold / offered for sale to the public).
