A. The Contractor must deliver all equipment based on the requirements listed in the Quotation Sheet. Locations, dates and times of events will be listed on any purchase orders issued by the Office of Procurement. B. The Contractor must provide sufficient experienced staff to be on-site to set up, operate, and take down all equipment. C. The Contractor must ensure that all cables must be wired through the underground cabling system, where available, or secured to ensure that the cabling does not creation a tripping hazard. D.
