The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Update the RFQ form with the correct PWS date relected in each CLIN (See attachment 1)
2. Update the PWS with clarifications discussed at the site visit (See attachment 2)- highlighed portions are additions/deletions
3. Provide a formal response to the questions submitted (see attachment 3)

The deadline for quotes has not been extended.
