The City of Fresno (City) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms for the preliminary design of a new sidestream treatment process at the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility (RWRF) located at 5607 W. Jensen Avenue, Fresno, California. The work includes, but is not limited to, development of a nitrogen balance for the RWRF, development and evaluation of alternatives for reducing the total nitrogen discharged by the RWRF, development and evaluation of alternatives for sidestream treatment at the RWRF, and development of design criteria for a new sidestream treatment project at the RWRF. The project shall include a new sidestream treatment process and associated ancillary facilities.
