This is a Pre-solicitation Synopsis Notice for Park Cleaning Services at Somerville Lake, Somerville, Texas in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF).

The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for park cleaning services.

The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 including the base year and all option years.

Total Small Business set-aside to include: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.

Place of Performance: Somerville Lake, Somerville, Texas.  The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months, up to 4 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, and one (1) six-month option for a total contract period of up to 66 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein.

2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform park cleaning and maintenance services for the duration of the contract period.

3. SUBMISSION INFORMATION: The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation W9126G22Q0013 is on or about January 2022.  Quotes are anticipated to be due approximately 30 days from issuance of the solicitation.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561720. The Small Business Size Standard is $19.5 Million.
