Can you confirm on page 2 section B of the SOW that NIST does indeed want the dual purifier upgrade and solvent absorber upgrade. I did not see it in the description so I just want to be sure these two upgrades are desired by NIST as to not add additional money if it was just an oversight.

ANSWER 1:

The solvent absorber upgrade is required. The dual purifier upgrade is not required. The SOW has been amended accordingly as attached.*****
