SOLE SOURCE NOTICE OF INTENT

SINGLE CHUCK SPINNER. The solicitation number is FA8601-17-T-0053. The NAICS Code is 333242. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) (see attached sole source justification). The proposed sole source is B&L Matrix, Inc. The purchase is for a Solitec L100 Single Chuck Spinner. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within seven (7) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to [email protected] no later than 31 May 2017, 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Only proposals received by this date will be considered.
