1. Vendor will provide: one 6 yard trash dumpster at USCG SFO Moriches, NY, located at the DC Shop (emptied weekly).
2. Vendor shall provide one 8 yard trash dumpster at USCG SFO Moriches, NY, 11940. Located by the Main Building (emptied weekly).
3. Vendor shall provide: two 2 yard dumpsters for recyclables, one for strictly paper, and one for strictly plastic and cans. Both dumpsters will be for USCG SFO Moriches, NY, 11940. Located at the Main Buidling (emptied once a month).
4. Vendor shall provide: one 10 yard construction dumpster for USCG SFO Moriches, NY, 11940. Dumpster will be emptied on an as needed basis, called in when full, with an estimated (not minimum) of 24 dumps per year. Dumpster will be located near the Main Building.

5. Vendor shall provide: Removal and proper disposal of household waste from 54 housing units, located in Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. Area map is attached. Average trash per unit will consist of two 55 gallon trashcans. One trashcan will be strictly for recyclables. Trashcans will contain about 75 LBS. of trash per unit. Pick-up must be made twice weekly on regular scheduled days. A one day delay will be allowed for weeks containing a Federal Holiday.

Vendor shall provide removal and prpoer disposal of household waste from 17 USCG housing units located at: 3, 4, and 6 Presidio Pl; 3 and 4 Hildreth Pl; 27, 31, 45A, and 76 Church Ln; 4 Kings Ct; 4 Borden Pl; 4 Higbee Pl; 185 Hog Creek; 42 Harbor BLVD; 26 Malone St; 23 Waterhole Rd; and 20 Broadway Ave in East Hampton, NY, 11937. Average trash per unit will consist of two 55 gallon trashcans. One strictly for recyclables. Trash will contain about 75LBS. of trash per unit. Pick-up must be made twice weekly on regular scheduled days. A one day delay will be allowed for weeks containing a federal Holiday.

7. Vendor shall provide: One 30 yard construction dumpster. Dumpster will be emptied on an as needed basis, called in when full with an estimated (not minimum) of 24 dumps for the year. Dumpster will be located at USCG Maintenance and Repair Shop, 638 Stewart Ave, Westhampton beach, NY, 11978.
8. Vendor shall provide: One 6 yard dumpster for recyclables. Dumpster will be emptied on an as needed basis, called in when full with an estimated (not minimum) of 12 dumps for the year. Dumpster will be located at USCG Maintenance and repair Shop, 638 Stewart Ave, Westhampton Beach, NY, 11978.

A one day delay will be allowed for all weeks containing a Federal Holiday.

Wage rates will be in effect for all labor associated with this contract and must be followed. New York State wage determination for Suffolk County 11954-2373, form number 94-2373, date of last revision 25 JUL 2014.

Period of performance: 01 OCT 2014 - 30 SEP 2015.
