Brief Description of Work: The contractor shall provide all supervision, materials, labor, permits, licenses, designs, and equipment necessary to repair 17 homes (with an option for 5 additional homes), that were damaged by Typhoon Yutu during October 2018.

Place of Performance: Repairs will take place in Saipan and Tinian

Period of Performance: Base: 195 calendar days

The magnitude of construction requirement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
