On behalf of the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), Office of People Analytics (OPA), Defense Personnel Assessment Center (DPAC), the U.S. General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Contracting Division Region 9, hereby issues Solicitation 47QFPA22R0009, to obtain research and support services. This effort is dedicated to improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and fairness of Federal and DoD level security, suitability, and credentialing (SSC), reliability, counter-insider threat, and other risk management programs.
This is an unrestricted, full and open competition, anticipated to result in award of a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract. The prospective contract will have a five-year base ordering period. The solicitation and any amendments will be available on www.SAM.gov. Matters posted on the website are not terms of the solicitation unless the solicitation is written or amended to include such matters. Firms are encouraged to review www.fbo.gov website regularly for any updated information. The incumbent contractor is Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation which currently provides services under requirements contract number GS09Q16BHD0002.
