The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (C4I), and Space, Airborne Networking and Integration Program Office (PMW 780), plans to award a sole source delivery order under existing contract N00039-00-D-2101 (ViaSat, Inc. of Carlsbad, CA). This delivery order will be for Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Low Volume Terminals (LVT)(2)'s and related configuration changes. This action is required to meet an urgent Air Force Immediate Warfighter Need (IWN) supporting Homeland Defense and other platform emergent LVT(2) requirements.
