SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT
The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract as a Sole Source Procurement.
The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Rockwell Collins, 3200 East Renner Road, Richardson, TX 75082, CAGE CODE: 13499. The Government does not own or posses the Level III drawing package to allow for full and open competition. All other offeror's may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following:

Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-14-T-0344 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.
