The USDA Forest Service, NRS intends to award on a noncompetitive basis to SATLANTIC, LP , Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada for instrumentation related to Submersible Ultraviolet Nitrate Analyzer (SUNA) Kit V2. SATLANTIC , LP SUNA V2 is required in order to maintain a continuity of equipment and standardization of repair parts of to an existing infrastructure and is the only known source for development, calibration, sales and support for this equipment. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
