The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to CDW-G for On-site support to assist with the implementation of Devo security information and event management tool. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with CDW-G. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
